I say we have the weekend off, but that doesn't mean that I get to lay around the house all weekend. Friday night we are headed down to San Antonio to see the CD Release of our friend Wes Harllee. He played acoustic on our last record and made it sound amazing. His lead guitar player Flöhmeyer also graced our record and took it to the top! Can't wait to hear their songs live at Sams Burger Joint. I know they have been working long and hard to make the record perfect and I can't wait to get my hands on a copy. I also get to see some friends that I haven't seen in a long time!
Saturday, we are headed out to Georgetown to my parents house. We will be drinking heavily and hanging out around the pool! POOL PARTY!!!! Not home much on the weekends anymore, so get really excited when we get the chance to go out there and party. Doing burgers and hot dogs, beer, cannonballs, jammin tunes, shots, shots, shots, and passing out in the yard. Emma (my dog) is also very excited about the pool party and will be spending most of her time in the pool....or sleeping.
Hope everybody has a great and safe weekend! All my peeps out at Larry Joe Taylor music fest...I am very jealous...drink one for me!

Such a great record and great to listen to when I am very hungover. She has a very soothing voice and great melodies. Very chill record.
